Billing Guide
Free Billing Items
This section allows you to give employers and seekers initial free billing items upon signup.
In order to do so, first check "Enable Free Billing Items" checkbox. Next, select a billing plan for employers and/or seekers, enter the quantity values and click Save.
Billing Items
If you want to charge employers and/or seekers for using your website, you have to create billing items first. webJobs comes with a set of predefined billing items which you can modify to suit your needs.
There are several billing options for employers: Job posting, Resume views, Featured employer subscription, Sponsored jobs subscription and Employer subscription. You can combine multiple options in one billing item or you can create a separate billing item for each option.
Seeker subscription option is available for job seekers.
For each billing item you have to enter the price. If you want to offer your item for free, just enter 0.
Job posting

To set the Job posting item, follow these steps:
- Enter the price
- Select checkbox next to Job posting
- Enter how many jobs will be included in the plan
- How long each job will last before expiring
- Enter the name of the plan your users will see (if you have multiple languages you have to enter the name for each language).
- Click submit
Resume views
Using this option you can charge employers for resume views. Each resume view will grant employer unlimited views to specific seeker's resume and cover letter within the specified time limit.

Featured employer
Featured employers will be listed on your home page in Featured Employers box. You can set the number of Featured employers in your Site Configuration.
If you charge employers to be featured, they will be chosen at random from the ones who have an active subscription. If you don't charge, the number of employers entered here will be chosen at random from the entire database of employers who have at least one active job posted.
Sponsored jobs subscription
Sponsored jobs are a way for an employer's job to get more visibility. Sponsored jobs show up first in the search results and are highlighted to bring more attention to them.
Once employer purchases sponsored subscription, all their jobs become sponsored for the duration of subscription.
Employer subscription
This subscription grants employers the ability to post unlimited number of jobs and view an unlimited number of resumes for the duration of subscription. It does not include featured employer nor sponsored jobs subscription.

Seeker subscription
Seeker subscription allows you to charge job seekers for access to the site. If you don't define any seeker subscription plans, your site will be free for job seekers.
Running a free site
Your site can be free for employers, job seekers or both.
Free for seekers
If you want your website to be free for jobs seekers, don't create any billing plans for seekers. Without any billing plans, job seekers will be able to use all aspects of your site, including applying for jobs and posting resumes.
Free for employers
webJobs comes with several predefined job seeker billing plans. If you'd like to let your employers post jobs and view resumes for free, you'll need to:
- Delete all resume views plans if there are any. Without any resume view plans, resume views will be free.
- Delete all job posting plans if there are any.
- Create a free job posting plan (by setting the price to 0). You can add as many jobs as you want to your free billing plan, if employers has no job postings available they'll be able to select your free plan at any time without paying.
