When you receive a mentee request, review the mentee's profile and goals to assess alignment with your expertise. Accept the request to begin the mentorship if it's a good fit. If you feel the mentee's needs are outside your area of expertise, it's okay to decline, allowing them to find a more suitable mentor.

• Navigate to the My Requests tab or click Review Requests in the blocks below.

• You'll see a list of all mentees who have requested your mentorship. To view a mentee's profile, click on their card in the left-side list—their profile will open on the right side of the page.

• You'll notice various match statuses: Potential match, Good match, and Ideal match. To see an explanation for the status, click Compare profile.

You don't have to reject or accept requests right away. Before making your final decision, you can message a mentee. Check this page for more details about messaging: Messaging

You can return to reviewing mentee profiles in the Waiting for Review tab under My Requests.

Once you're ready to decide whether to enroll in the mentorship program with a mentee, return to their profile and click either Accept or Reject.

When you accept a mentee request, their profile will appear under My Mentees:

Note: You can have multiple mentees.

Rejected mentees will appear in the Rejected Requests section.

Some mentees in the Rejected Requests section may appear as Auto rejected. This happens when a mentee applies to multiple mentors and another mentor accepts their request first. Mentors who didn't respond in time will see the mentee's profile marked as auto rejected.
