Career Navigator is where you manage career guidance content for your career center. It replaces the old Career Guide section in the admin and relaunches Career Paths: visual, step-by-step maps of how members can progress between roles.
Who this is for: Association admins who manage career guidance content on their career center.

Quick answer
Open Career Navigator in the admin side menu and activate the feature. Enable the job titles you want to cover (each enabled title gets an auto-generated career guide page), build career paths from those titles, and use the Settings tab to control what job seekers see. The articles below cover each part in detail.

Career Navigator appears in the admin side menu. If the feature is not active on your account yet, the page explains what it does; contact our CS team from that page with any questions about availability.
If the feature is available but you have not enabled any job titles yet, the page shows a three-step getting started checklist: add job titles, configure settings, publish. Once at least one job title is enabled, the Home tab becomes your starting overview. It shows your Published guides, Published paths, and Total paths counts, plus quick actions: Explore guides, Create career path, and Search job titles.
Job titles are the building blocks. When you enable a job title, the platform auto-generates a career guide page for it on your career center. Career paths are built on top: each card in a path is an enabled job title, and its details come from the guide. That order matters, so set up titles first, review their guides, then build paths.
