Want to create or manage your coupons? No problem. Just log in to your association’s admin dashboard and head over to Coupons in the left-hand menu:
Here, you’ll find a list of all your coupons—both active and expired—designed to give career center members and visitors exclusive offers.
Ready to hook up your community with discounts? Here’s how you do it:
On the Coupons page in SmartWay admin, click the +New Coupon button in the top-right corner.
Fill out the required fields (the ones with *). Here's a quick rundown:
Type: *
User ID:
Coupon Code:
Create a unique code for your coupon. If it matches an existing one, you’ll get this heads-up:
Discount amount:
Discount type:
Countdown hours:
Packages:
Apply discounts to upgrades:
Max uses:
Max uses per user:
Expires:
Status: *
Once everything looks good, hit Save.
And that’s it! Your coupon is ready to roll. 🎉
Employers can apply coupon codes at the checkout.
They type in or insert the coupon code in the field under the list of their purchases:
Click Apply to see the updated price.
Click Proceed to Checkout
Pay for the order.
If they add multiple items to cart, the coupon will affect only those items, that are added in the coupon settings.
Say, you’ve created a coupon that only discounts the price of the package “Extended Reach B”. This means, that if an employer adds two “Extended Reach B” packages, and one “Extended Reach A”, the coupon will only affect the price for the “Extended Reach B” packages:
