On your Mentor Dashboard, use the Active / Paused switch. Set it to Paused when you need a break from new matches; set it back to Active when you're ready again.

Step-by-step

1. Log in to your account at your association's career center.
2. Choose Mentorship in the navigation bar.
3. On your Mentor Dashboard, find the Active / Paused switch.
4. Set the switch to Paused when you want to stop accepting new mentees.
5. Set it back to Active when you're ready to appear in suggested lists and receive new requests again.

What happens when you're Paused

• Your profile is hidden from suggested mentor lists.
• No new mentee requests are sent to you.
• You can still:
  • Edit your profile
  • Review and respond to existing requests
  • Access mentorship resources

Note: The switch defaults to Active for all mentors. If you don't change it, you'll keep receiving new requests as before.
