When you register as an exhibitor for a career fair, you can pay for your event package by invoice instead of a credit card.

Paying by invoice

1. Register for the event and select your event package and booth.
2. At checkout, choose the invoice payment option and fill in who we should invoice.
3. Submit the form.

While you are filling out the invoice form, your selected booth is marked Reserved so another exhibitor cannot take it. After you submit, the booth is booked to you.

What happens after you submit

Your purchase is confirmed right away. Any credits or features included in your package are available immediately, and the invoice follows separately. You do not need to wait for the invoice to be paid to start using what you purchased.
