The Jobs menu gives you an overview of every job ever posted on your board—active, expired, and everything in between. Like the Employers and Orders sections, it comes with a handy search bar and filters to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.

How to Access?

• Log in to your admin,
• Click Jobs in the menu on the left side of the page:

You will be redirected to the page with a list of all jobs:

What’s on the Jobs Page?

The Jobs page is a table with these details for each job:

• Job Title: The position name, visible to job seekers. Click it to open the detailed job view.
• Company Name: The hiring business name, also visible to job seekers. Clicking it takes you to the employer’s page.
• Package: The billing package tied to the job post.
• Date Posted: When the job was added, e.g., Apr 13, 2023.
• Expiration Date: When the job expires.
• Status: Tracks the job’s lifecycle: Incomplete, Active, Suspended, Expired, Awaiting Approval, or Declined. You can find more information on job statuses here: Manage Jobs

Search and Filter Tools

• Search: Quickly find jobs by entering an employer’s email, job title, company name, or keywords.

  

• Filters: Use the filter button to sort by:

  

  • Search fields like Job Title, Company Name, or Job ID.
  • Statuses like Active or Expired.
