The Manage Jobs page is your home base for everything related to your job postings. From here you can review every job you've ever posted, edit live jobs, boost a posting for extra visibility, suspend or activate a job, copy an old job to repost it, renew an expired job, and review applicants all in one place.

Before you start: You need to be logged in to the same employer account that originally posted the job. Each employer user only sees jobs posted from their own login. If a colleague (or someone who has since left the company) posted the job, ask them to log in. Once they're in, they can grab a shareable copy of the original ad from Manage Jobs → Expired → Actions → Preview and send the URL to you. If account access isn't possible, contact support with the email address used to post so we can help you locate the right account. See: How to login as an Employer →

Every job on your account is in one of these states. The Manage Jobs list lets you filter by status so you can quickly get to what you need.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active | The job is live. Job seekers can find it in search results. |
| Pending Approval | Your career center requires admin approval before jobs go live. The job is sitting in a queue waiting for an admin to approve or decline it. You'll get an email either way. |
| Expired | The posting period has ended. Expired jobs are kept on file — you can still view the original content, see past applicants, copy it, or renew it. |
| Incomplete | A draft you started but never posted. The job builder saves your work even if you close the tab partway through, so you can come back and finish later. |
| Suspended | A job you've manually paused with the Suspend button. Job seekers can't see it, but the original posting period keeps counting down (suspending does not pause the clock). |
| Declined | A job that was reviewed by an admin and not approved. The decline notice should explain why. |
Use the filter tabs (Active, Expired, Incomplete, Suspended) at the top of the list to narrow down. Within each tab you can sort by:
If your company has more than one user posting jobs (subaccounts), you'll also see a subaccount filter so you can narrow the list to jobs posted by a specific person.
