Event packages are what exhibitors buy to take part in your career fair. This guide covers creating packages, editing them, and managing the list of includes that all your packages share.

Who this is for: association admins who run career fairs.

Quick answer

Open your event's packages from the Events list (click the number in the Packages column). Create a package with + New Package: only a name, client type, and price are required. Manage what each package includes from the includes list on the Packages page, in one place for all packages, instead of editing each package separately.

Create a package

  1. From the Events list, click the number in the Packages column, then click + New Package.
  2. Fill in the required fields: Event Package Name, Event Package Client Type (set to Employer by default), and Event Package Price. A description is optional.
  3. The create button stays inactive until all required fields are filled, so if you cannot click it, check for an empty required field.

The creation form now asks only for these essentials. Everything else about the package is set after creation, on the package edit page.

Edit a package

Open a package from the packages list to edit it. Package settings are organized into tabs, so related settings sit together instead of one long form. The package's includes are also visible here, so you can see what a buyer gets while you edit.

Manage includes for all packages in one place

Includes are the line items a buyer sees in each package (for example resume access or job posting credits). You now manage them from a single list on the Packages page instead of editing every package separately:

Changes to includes affect what exhibitors see on your event's package pricing. Review the event page after editing to confirm it looks right.
