The Mentees page displays a table listing all members registered as mentees across all sessions. Each row contains essential information about a mentee, including their member ID, associated session, name, email address, profile completion rate, number of suggested mentors, mentorship status, and registration date. This comprehensive table provides administrators with quick access to crucial mentee data, enabling efficient management of the mentorship program. With this information, administrators can easily track mentee progress, identify individuals who might need extra support, and ensure timely matching of mentees with suitable mentors.

How to access?

Log in to your SmartWay admin and navigate to the Mentorship > Mentees section in the left side menu:

Interaction options

Several areas in this table are clickable. You can interact with it in the following way:

• Session name redirects you to the session page.
• Mentee's name takes you to their user page. Here, you can see if the mentee is a Job Seeker or an Employer, as well as view and manage other profile details outside the mentorship program.
• Profile Completion percentage opens the mentee's filled-out form. You can edit responses and save changes on this page.
• Matches takes you to the Mentee’s Match list.

Mentees Match

This is a list of all mentor profiles matched with a specific mentee profile based on the answers provided in their registration forms. Here you can see: mentors' names, mentee's name, match rate, mentorship request date (if applicable), and the status of this match (whether a mentor has accepted the mentee's request).

To search the list, type in the name or email address of a mentee into the search bar
