The Mentors menu in your admin displays a table listing all members registered as mentors for all sessions.

Each mentor's profile includes their name, email address, associated sessions, profile completion rate, number of assigned mentees, and the date when they’ve registered with the Mentorship program. This comprehensive view allows for easy management and oversight of the mentorship program. Administrators can quickly locate specific mentors and access their information, streamlining the process of organizing and coordinating mentorship activities.

How to access?

Log in to your smartway admin and navigate to the Mentorship section in the right-side menu, then click Mentors:

Interaction Options

The Mentors list page offers several clickable elements:

• Session name: Redirects to the Session admin page
• Mentor's name: Redirects to the user's admin page, displaying all details about this user outside the Mentorship program (company, Job Seeker or Employer status, resumes, job posts, credits, etc.)
• Profile completion percentage: Opens the form the mentor filled out during registration for the mentorship program. You can edit and save responses on this page.
• Number of matches: Displays the mentee accounts suggested for matching

Mentors Matches

This page displays a list of all mentees matched with this mentor based on automatic suggestions.

Here, you can view the mentor's name, mentee's name, match rate, the date a mentee sent a request (if applicable), and the status of the match.

Filters

You can filter out the list by Sessions and Registration date.

Pick your preferred filters and hit Search to find your preferred data.
