Mentors can message Mentees after mentees send them a Mentorship request.
This allows mentors to communicate directly with interested mentees and discuss potential mentorship opportunities. The messaging feature facilitates initial conversations and helps both parties determine if they're a good match for a mentorship relationship. Mentors can use this tool to ask questions, provide additional information, or schedule further discussions with potential mentees.
