How to Get Started

To access Resume Search, you’ll need an active Resume Search subscription. Once subscribed, resume search options will be added to your dashboard.

Search the Resume Database

Start your search by clicking Search Resumes Now or selecting the Find Resume icon. You’ll land on a page with:

• Filters Panel (left): Narrow down candidates with specific criteria.
• Resume List (right): View profiles that match your search.

Using Filters to Find the Perfect Match

Refine your search with filters, including:

• Keywords: Find resumes mentioning specific skills or technologies, like “Java” or “Marketing.”
• Experience & Education Levels: Search for candidates with the right qualifications.
• Location & Relocation Preferences: Target candidates nearby or willing to relocate.
