The Applicants section allows Employers to review, rate, and communicate with Job Seekers who have applied for jobs.

When an Employer gets to the Applicants page, they see search filters on the left, and the list of all applicants on the right:

Employers can filter the list by name, location, resume content, Rating, and Status.

Set up the filters and hit Search Applicants. The search results appear on the page’s right side. Before using Rating or Status search fields, Employers must assign statuses and ratings to applicants. If they choose a status that is not given to any application and search, the search results will be empty.

Applicant’s page

Each applicant has an Applicant’s page with three tabs: ApplicationsProfile, and Activity.

Applicant’s page also allows Employers to communicate with applicants and add jobs to the applications.

Message

To send a message to the applicant, use the Message button in the top right corner of the page:

The message builder allows Employers to use templates or compose a unique message, pick the job title (if a Job Seeker applied to several jobs of this company), and save the message for future use.

Message correspondence happens outside WebSribble-powered Career Center; therefore, the account has no message history. Employers can see correspondence history in their email boxes.
