The Publishing Suite admin page helps you manage widgets—tools that let you seamlessly integrate job board features into your websites.

Here’s what’s available:
- **Job Widget:** Quickly display job listings on a website. Just copy and paste the provided code, and the widget automatically updates as new jobs are added, keeping listings fresh and relevant.
- **Search Widget:** Add search fields to a site to help users find jobs. Results pull directly from your job board.
- **HTML Builder:** Generate an HTML page with a list of job posts based on specific parameters like location or keywords.
- **RSS Feeds:** Create an RSS link that delivers job updates in a standardized, computer-readable format, perfect for sharing on websites or with partners.
Getting to the Publishing Suite
- Click the arrow on the left to watch our video guide on accessing the Publishing Suite and navigating its features.
Log in to the association’s SmartWay admin and navigate to: Marketing → Publishing Suite,

You will find yourself on the Jobs Widget tab. From here, you can click on any tab and proceed with the changes of your preference.

Create a Job Widget
- Prefer videos over text? Click on the small arrow to the left to open.

To create a new job widget, click + Create New Jobs Widget button in the top right corner of the page.

Name the widget.

Fill out each section you see: General Settings, Widget Header, Widget Footer, Advanced Settings, Tracking Parameters.

Hit Save or Save and close to apply the changes.
